Error - no form data has been sent to the script

I have a main site that uses a formmailer.php config 0-5 very successfully, however I have a support page that reside in a subfolder under the main domain that should link to the main formmailer.php and use config 6.

I have used the same link in all my forms both on the main site and the support pages, I've checked the formmailer.php to the best of my ability but I cannot get the support pages to work.

Any ideas? Any help would be much appreciated.
