New to Dreamweaver....

Hi,

I am relatively new to DreamWeaver and recently posted a question about Spambots and e-mail security on the DW forum. http://forums.adobe.com/thread/511676?tstart=0

I am pretty sure I want to buy your form mailer, but have 2 questions.

1) What is PHP? (again I am new to DW, and sorta understand HTML and CSS pages). I understand it is another type of internet page and basically does something unseen. Do I create these in Dreamweaver and then upload them with my site folder?

2) Can I use your form mailer on multiple sites or would I need to buy a license for each?
