Need help on attaching files

I use Net Objects 11 to construct a form. One of the fields ("Vita") on the form asks that the visitor enter the path to an attachment (a resume). I did include the multipart/form encoding in the appropriate place in the form properties window in NOF. However, the attachment does not show up when the email is sent. What am I doing wrong?
