Send ALL variables with FormM@iler?

Hello,
is it possible to send ALL Variables with this form?
ae. on a webshop i don't know which fields i have to send.
i don't know how much articles the user selects....

$mail_fields[0]="";  
a wildcard like * is not possible? or is there another way to send all fields/variables with the mail?
