Script runs but no email

I have implemented your script on my site developed in NetObjects Fusion.
I have created a form and attached the script to the form.
The script runs and displays the thanks page content.
It doesn't send the email as expected.

My host is running cpanel version 11.24.5-RELEASE and php version 5.2.11.

I have gone over and over the NOF tutorial at http://alt-web.com/Tutorials/formmailer-tutorial.html

and the installation and user guide you provide but can't work out why it isn't working as described.

Any help would be much appreciated.
